'ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ' ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੰਮੀ ਤਵਾਰੀਖ ਦਾ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੇਖਕ ਕੰਵਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ 1849 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਾਜ ਗਵਾਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਉਘੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਏ ਉਭਾਰਾਂ, ਨਿਘਾਰਾਂ, ਦੁਫੇੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਲ ਜਿੱਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਛਾੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਿਤੀਵਾਰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।  ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ 1920 ਤੋਂ 2025 ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦਾ ਭਰਵਾਂ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਮਤੇ, ਗੁਰਮਤੇ, ਐਲਾਨਨਾਮੇ ਵੀ 65 ਅੰਤਿਕਾਵਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ।
