*"ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ"* - ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ *“ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ”* ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜੁਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਮੀਰ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਦਾ ਗੁਣਗਾਨ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਅੱਖਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਦੇ ਕਲੇਜਾ-ਠਾਰੂ ਬੋਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਚੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈ ਏ । ਦੂਜੀਆਂ ਜੁਬਾਨਾਂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜੀ ਦੇ ਲਫਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੇਲੋੜੇ ਰਲੇਵੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਬੋਲ-ਬਾਣੀ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਏ । ਸਾਡਾ ਠੇਠ ਮੁਹਾਵਰਾ ਗਵਾਚਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਪੰਜਾਬੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨਵੈਂਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਬਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਬੇਗਾਨੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਨੇ । ਸਾਡੇ ਬੋਲਾਂ ‘ਚ ਰਵਾਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ । ਸਾਡੇ ਬਾਲ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਡੌਰ ਭੌਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਬੋਲਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਅੜ ਕੇ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਨੇ । ਬੋਲਣ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਵਾਨੀ ‘ਚ ਅੜਿੱਕਾ ਬਣ ਰਹੀ ਏ । ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮਾਈਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਛਾਪੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕੈਦਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਮ : ਮੇਂਡਕ , ਧ : ਧਨੁਸ਼ , ਕ : ਕਾਰ , ਥ : ਥਰਮਸ ਆਮ ਵੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਨੇ । ਸਾਡੀ ਬੇਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੋਲੀ ਤੇ ਪੈਣ ਵਾਰੇ ਅਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੌਲਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ । ਟੀਵੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਟੂਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਭੰਡਾਰ ‘ਚ ਸੈਕੜੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਰੋਜ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ । ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਗਾਨੇ ਲਫ਼ਜ ਹੀ ਰਟਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਨੀ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਣ ਪਿਛੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ, ਜਨੌਰ, ਰੰਗ , ਰੁੱਤਾਂ , ਰੁੱਖ, ਫਸਲਾਂ, ਸਬਜੀਆਂ , ਬਰੂਟੀਆਂ, ਕੱਖ ਕੰਡੇ, ਦਰਿਆ, ਇਲਾਕੇ, ਖਿੱਤੇ , ਵੰਨ ਸੁਵੰਨੀਆਂ ਇਲਾਕਾਈ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਤੀਜਾ ਇਸ ਕਾਇਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਾਉਂਣ, ਰੁੱਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੌਣ , ਦੇਸ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਹ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਕਾਵਿ-ਟੋਟੇ ਤੇ ਗਾਉਣ ਨੇ । ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਸਾਲੂ ਤੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਪੋਰਸ ਵਰਗੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਾਥਾ ਤੇ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨਾਂ, ਪਹਾੜਾਂ, ਥਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੇਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੋਹ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਲੇਖ ਨੇ । ਕਮਾਲ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਇਦਾ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਟਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ , ਸਗੋਂ ਸਭ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲੀਕਾਂ ਮੇਟ ਕੇ ਦਰਿਆ ਸਿੰਧ ਤੋਂ ਪੋਠੋਹਾਰ ਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਵਲਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਟਿੱਲਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਏ । ਲਹਿੰਦੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਦੀਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਲਾਮ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਦ ਮੁਰਾਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਤੇ ਮੂਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਏ ।
